Congratulations to Handi-Lift of Carlstadt, New Jersey for capturing the Garaventa Lift Project of the Month for June, 2015. Their installation of a Genesis Enclosure at The Chema Community Center in Yonkers showcases the lift in it’s standard color scheme, solving a common accessibility problem. The Chema Center opened it’s doors in March, 1974, well before the enactment of the ADA. They subsequently added a Chaney vertical lift sometime in the 80′s and have now replaced it with a brand new Genesis.
Congratulations and thanks to Richard Markow of Morningstar Elevator in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Their submission of photos from a recent installation has gained them the Garaventa Lift Project of the Month for May, 2014.
The lift is a custom-colored Genesis Opal installed at the Avon-Beaver Creek Outdoor Music Center near spectacular Vail, Colorado.
Garaventa Lift has been asked to participate as Advisory Panel Members for a relatively new institution dedicated to home safety for everyone.
