The enclosure can be made of steel, Plexiglas or glass and can be fitted with a dome for weather protection, or left open if indoors. The OPAL vertical platform lift is designed for short rise applications where a full enclosure or shaftway are not required. The bottom of the platform is fitted with an obstruction sensing plate. Typical installations have gates located on the platform and on the upper landing. Maximum travel in the USA is 1.5 m (60 in) and 2.4 m (96 in) in other parts of the world.
Designed for use indoors and outdoors, the OPAL is attractive and easy to use.

The STAAGE portable vertical platform lift provides a cost effective accessibility solution for low-rise vertical barriers such as stages and podiums. It has interlocked gates on both ends of the platform and an automatic loading ramp. This platform lift has a maximum lifting height of 1.14 m (45 in). The STAAGE vertical platform lift can be wheeled to multiple locations including a storage room when not in use.

The A88 is a high rise screw drive platform lift capable of traveling up to 13 m (42 ft) and making up to 5 stops. It is designed primarily for public access as a low cost alternative to an elevator. The A88 is supplied as a self-contained lift system with a prefabricated shaftway made of either steel panels or laminated safety glass.

The BLM is a short rise lift that will travel a maximum of 1 meter (39 in) and can be located indoors or outdoors. Built of stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized components, the BLM is attractive and durable. This lift can be mounted in a pit or with its own folding ramp. An optional automatic bridge allows it to be located directly in front of the stairs yet keep the stairs usable.
Germany & Poland


The innovative Wessex Lift can travel vertically up to 3.5 m (11.5 ft) providing access between floors. As the cabin passes through the floor it lifts a trap door. The wheelchair lift is equipped with safety edges that work during ascent and descent, stopping the lift if it touches an obstruction. Call stations allow the lift to be sent out of site to the opposite landing when not in use. Powered door operators, a lighted platform and folding seat all are aimed at user comfort and convenience. Capacity is 225 kg (495 lbs).
