Genesis Shaftway Drive Systems

There are two drive systems available for the Genesis Shaftway. Listed below are the main features of each drive system.

Leadscrew Drive System

bullet point Powered by building mains power converted to 24 VDC (standard)
bullet point Platform travels between landings at 3 meters (10 ft.) per minute
bullet point Six lifting heights up to a maximum of 3734mm (147") - floor mounted
bullet point Manual Emergency Lowering Handwheel (standard)
bullet point Battery Powered Emergency Lowering (optional)
bullet point Electrical Disconnect (optional)
 
Mains Power Requirement:
bullet point North America - 120 VAC single phase on a dedicated 20 amp circuit.
bullet point International - 208-240 VAC single phase on dedicated 16 amp circuit
bullet point Driven by a single-phase 2.2 KW (3 H.P.) hydraulic motor
bullet point Powered by Continuous Mains Power and auxiliary power system (standard)
bullet point Platform travels between landings at 5.2 meters (17 ft.) per minute
bullet point Seven lifting heights up to a maximum of 4343mm (171") - floor mounted
bullet point Manual Emergency Lowering

bullet point Remote Drive Cabinet (optional)
