The GSL Artira inclined platform wheelchair lift provides an ADA approved access solution for passengers in a wheelchair or those with limited mobility. This wheelchair lift can be designed for straight, turning or radiating stairways with or without intermediate landings. The Artira is suitable for indoor or outdoor applications and can provide access up to seven stops. The design flexibility of this wheelchair lift allows for a wide variety of configurations and can be adapted to fit virtually any stairway.
Inclined platform wheelchair lifts fit easily into most stairways and do not require a specially constructed hoistway. For this same reason, the Artira is ideal for preserving the look of heritage buildings and with the availability of many colors and finishes ensures the lift will blend with the building's decor.
Other considerations that make the Artira inclined wheelchair lift valuable to building owners is the limited space required by the lift. The wheelchair lift can also be stored in the folded position on or away from the stairway. The lift in the folded position takes up very little space.
